Vintage Kokeshi Doll (12.8cm/5 inches)

This cute kokeshi doll is made of dark enju wood and features a carved hair (front half) as well as a kimono belt (obi) with asanoha (hemp) pattern carved on it. The title is written on it but is difficult to read and could be “Mountain Child”. The style of writing resembles Takeda Masashi and so does the overall design but I’m not sure if she can be attributed to him.

In good condition with marks as well as signs of age and use.
