Yushi Kawase Vintage Kokeshi Doll- Akitsu (16.5cm/6.5 inches)

This lovely kokeshi was made and signed by Yushi Kawase who was born Gunma prefecture in 1938. Her title is 秋津 (Akitsu) which is an old Japanese word for dragonflies. Her black and blue kimono has two dragonflies carved into it.

In mint condition, comes with the original box. Unsigned.
