Vintage Kokeshi Doll by Yuji Kawase 25cm/9.8inches

This kokeshi doll was made by Yuji Kawase. She wears a simple dark green kimono with yellow flower decorations. Master Kawase shaped her body in a unique fashion with the top edge being flat. Made and signed by Master Yuji Kawase who was born Gunma prefecture in 1938.

In very good condition with signs of age and use.
