Vintage Kokeshi Doll by Kisaku – Empress Tree (20cm / 7.8 inches)

Kokeshi dolls don’t often come in blue but this one by Kisaku wears a lovely blue kimono with floral and Paulownia (aka Empress Tree) leaf decorations.

Her head is intentionally tilted forward which adds a lot of character to her.

In mint condition, comes with the original box.
