Vintage Creative Kokeshi by Teruo Yokoyama (14.5cm/5.7 inches)

This wonderful kokeshi doll was made by Teruo Yokoyama (1953-2005) who was an extremely talented artist who sadly passed away at a rather young age.
She’s wearing a red kimono with auspicious plum flowers decorations and her hair is masterfully carved giving it a very realistic look and feel.

In great condition with minor signs of age and use.
