This vintage creative kokeshi was made and signed by the famous award winning artist Iguchi Satory (1948~). She’s wearing a lovely kimono with camellia flowers.

He was born in 1948 and studied the art of making kokeshi dolls from the renowned master Sansaku Sekiguchi. During his years he won multiple awards for his outstanding designs and work. His kokeshi dolls are highly sought after by collectors and are usually very big and don’t have much colors used.

In very good condition with visible marks of age and use. Has a couple of marks on the hair. Please inspect all the pictures.
