Vintage Kokeshi Doll by Yoshida Takashi – Kazenoko (18cm/7 inches)

This beautiful vintage creative kokeshi doll was made and signed by Yoshida Takashi. Her titled is “風の子” (Kazenoko) which can be translated to “Wind Child”. Carved out of a beautiful piece of keyaki tree (zelkova) she displays stunning natural wood patterns and a warm wood color.

Yoshida Takashi is a renowned creative kokeshi artist and has won several top prizes in Japan for his amazing and skillful works.

In near-mint condition, comes in the original box.
