Vintage Kokeshi Doll by Takanashi Hanpushi – Awaiting Spring (25cm/9.8 inches)

A unique Japanese creative kokeshi made & signed by Master Takanashi Hanpushi made of keyaki (zelkova) wood. Her title is 待春 (Taishun) which means “Awaiting Spring”.

In great condition with visible marks of use and age. Has a dedication written on the bottom in Japanese from 1975.
