Fumio Tomidokoro Creative Kokeshi Doll – Spring Time (10cm/3.9 inches)

This creative Kokeshi doll was made by Fumio Tomidokoro (1948-). She’s titled 芳春 (Houshun) which means “Spring Time”.
Made of mizuki (dogwood) her white and dark red kimono has plum flowers in pink and white along an auspicious fawn-spot motif (kanoko) dotted pattern.

In mint condition, comes with the original box.
