Fumio Tomidokoro Kokeshi Doll – Koubai (10cm/3.9 inches)

This creative Kokeshi doll was made by Fumio Tomidokoro (1948-). She’s titled 香梅 (Koubai) which means “Fragrant Plum Blossom”
Made of beautiful keyaki (zelkova) wood her has an intricate pattern of orange plum flowers with green decorations set on a red background.

In mint condition, comes with the original box.
