Daisuke Takeda Exclusive Vintage Kokeshi Doll – Doujo (33cm/13 inches)

This bulky exclusive vintage kokeshi doll was made & signed by Takeda Masashi. Her title is 童女 (Doujo) which means Little Girl. She’s made of keyaki (zelkova) wood with beautiful grain and golden hue and her carved hair is made of darker enju wood. She’s wearing a stunning kimono with a blossoming plum tree with red flowers.

In great condition with minor marks of age and use. The pale part on the back is part of the natural wood grain. Comes with the original wooden sign.
