Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
First, please contact us via our contact form and let us know of your intention to return an item. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days after receiving your order. If 14 days or more have passed since you received your item then returning is not possible. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
Return Process
To return an item, place the item securely in it’s original packaging or your own, and ship it to the address we’ll provide in reply to your contact form submission.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us via our contact form to arrange a refund or store credit.
Refund for a custom ordered doll will not be issued unless in the event of damage.
