Yushi Kawase Vintage Kokeshi Doll – Mountain Pass (19cm/7.5 inches)

This lovely kokeshi was made and signed by Yushi Kawase who was born Gunma prefecture in 1938. She’s titled 峠の道 (Toge no Michi) which means “Mountain Pass”. Her kimono is beautifully decorated with flowers in yellow, white and green.

In great condition. Comes with the original box and wooden sign.
