Fumio Tomidokoro Kokeshi Doll – Waiting For Spring (11.5cm/4.5 inches)

This beautiful and bulky creative Kokeshi doll was made & signed by Fumio Tomidokoro (1948-). She’s titled 春待つ (Harumatsu) which means “Waiting For Spring”. Her kimono is decorated with a repeating yellow floral pattern and the bottom part has a gentle purple gradient with simple yellow flowers.

In mint condition, comes with the original box.
